                                      the ride to the capitol is long, and mostly filled with silence. it’s weird, not having a conversation with jess that didn’t leave him clutching his stomach in laughter. there as usually nothing to keep them from laughing and having a good time together. but this wasn’t exactly a celebratory time, and he’s just as scared as he knows she is.
